We stayed at Luna Rossa 2 nights during september. We were 3 Canadian. At first, when we arrived at the B&B we were thinking : my god it's far from the city. But then, we met the two owner of this place. We spoke more with the small one (we don't remember his name) and he was so nice. We... More

Rather than a bed and breakfast, this property should be viewed a bit more like a home stay experience. I agree that this property is in the middle of nowhere; it is in the hills far from town. A bit like a suburban home in the US, they close the large gate on the driveway at night, perhaps to keep... More

This is a lovely, family run, small hotel. Location is in the middle of nowhere.. but it is only 15 minutes to drive to LaSpezia to get the train to Cinque Terre. I also went to Santa Margarita, Portofino and Porto Venere from here. The room was basic and clean. Breakfast was delicious pastries, meats and cheeses (typical) and cappuccino.... More

Very friendly and helpful hosts. They make you feel home. Very clean rooms, and comfortable. Great breakfast and coffee. There is Wifi. Daily travel tips from the owner brothers were very helpful. Safe and free parking.

The hotel was lovely, new, clean and a large breakfast spread. The family that owns and runs the place are insanely pleasant. It is a bit out of the way if you want to frequent La Spezia, but it was a great rural location, a village on a mountain actually. No internet. Yes TV (not sure why you'd watch TV... More

We had a warm welcome (with coffee). The owners are very friendly and informed us about the most important highlights in the region. They strongly suggested to visit Porto Venere and that didn't dissappoint us. We had a wonderful stay in this old village. The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast is limited but enough. Jean Paoulo makes... More

This small hotel/B & B is in the countryside near LaSpezia and Cinque Terre. It is new and clean and the family that runs it is extremely nice and helpful. At least one of the hosts spoke English and was able to give us lots of advice on day trips to Cinque Terre. Rooms have comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.... More
