We stayed just one night at this lovely home, close to the Giant's Causeway. We say 'home' because that is exactly how we were made to feel. The hosts, Helen and John, were charming people. They welcomed us into their lovely home and made great suggestions regarding where to go. The bedroom was very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast... More

We stayed at the Country Garden House for one night on our driving holiday around Ireland. The accommodation is wonderful and the hosts Helen and John most welcoming. The tea and scones provided when we arrived were a great treat. We will recommend this lovely B & B to friends and relatives.

Helen and John provided a warm welcome and showed us up to a beautifully decorated and comfortable room overlooking the rural landscape. We have tried very hard to come up with something that could be improved upon and failed! The price was very reasonable and the situation is great for touring the beautiful Antrim coast, and rural landscapes. There are only... More

I stayed in the main house for 4 nights as part of a group of photographers on a weekend workshop. My stay there was faultless. I had the Jasmine room, which was excellent, and the bathroom was huge! Others in our group stayed either in the main house, the Garden Lodge or the Garden Cottage, so the accommodation was great... More

Just spent 2 days in the Garden Cottage, beautiful surroundings and very safe for children. John & Helen made us feel very welcome to their home (and gardens!) and have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Lovely quiet area and sunshine too! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back, especially if Helen makes us scones again... More

We stayed with John and Helen for two nights. They are the most lovely, friendly couple you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much got them. The breakfasts were fabulous and accommodation was ideal for us. We had a room in the main B&B and the cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

You quickly get a feel for a place when you consult TA and this B and B was just perfect in every way. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure the stay of guests is extremely comfortable, from the warm welcome, to the lit fire in the lounge, to providing afternoon tea with home baking. Superb! Our stay in the Giant's Causeway area in early September 2013 was all too brief, but enhanced greatly by the superior quality the the B&B chosen for our stay. While other lodging closer to the shore might have been more convenient or offered shoreline views, the comfort, value, quiet atmosphere, fine food, and exemplary hosting made Country Garden House the... Firstly re the review a little further down with the Royston Valley comment. Maybe they would be better off staying in a dirty hotel with rude unwelcoming hosts! Country Garden House was just perfect. Beautiful surroundings and the accommodation was spotless. Wonderful welcome from John and Helen who couldn't do enough. I was so impressed by all the extras and... More
