Visited as part of a Contiki tour. The cabins were unclean and very damp with a trail of ants coming under the door and up through the air vents in the floor. Neighbouring cabin was also broken into by local thieves with valuables stolen.

Kemp is slightly to the side, but Venice can be easily and comfortably reached by boat. Too bad that the ship does not run longer into the night. Kemp is not a miracle, but if you spend most of your time in the city and the sights, and is an ideal base. It has everything you need (kitchen, water, laundry,... More

My wife and I, in our 60's, stayed 3 nights in mid September 2013 in our small camper van. We were not allotted a pitch but told we could go anywhere. Pro: Very close to Venice ferry. Generally an attractive campsite. Con: Ablution blocks old and in need of upgrading. Friends complained that pitches by the water's edge were invaded... More

The camp site is awesome! Easy access by ferry across to Venice itself, the rooms were fairly spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food available from the restaurant was really good and not too pricey. The bathroom facilities were excellent aswell. Lockers for valuables if you need to leave your belongings after check out. Hard to fault :)

Stayed in our motorhome 2 nights in September. Easy to find from the Motorway and flat, shady sites close to the water with great views across the water to Venice. Showers and toilets clean and functional. Shop and bar area good for basic supplies and refreshments. WiFi quite expensive (EUR 3 /hour) and weak reception. No major problems with young... More

Friendly staff. Big site and well positioned for visiting Venice, ferry station next door to site. Average food in restaurant and bar but staff very helpful and friendly. Was warned when we booked into site to keep away from cabins as they will be full of young adults in transit. They were right very noisy. Shower block was cleaned every... More

We camped for one night and also stayed in the cabin for one night. We had a camper van and it was about 30 euro for the night and I have to say whilst this seems expensive by camping standards, it doesn't appear too much for camping Italy standards, as we stayed in quite a few. We had water views,... More

Good location, unfortunately it is frequented by Contiki tours. So late night drunken romps is the standard. For a camper and two people without wifi it was almost 35 euro. Most expensive place I have stayed in Europe so far. It is however conveniently positioned near the 25 min ferry ride to Venice. Unfortunately it is just too loud for... More

I stayed here with my husband as part of our Contiki tour in September 2013. The club on the campground gets wild when the Contiki buses roll in - we were one of two Contiki buses on site and it was insane. The bar rings a bell whenever a female takes her top off, and they serve a drink called... More

If you are young and on a budget - this is the place to be! On busier contiki nights the party is wild! Not sure if they make attitude adjusters anymore, but ask for one at the bar, you wont regret it. OUTSTANDING pizza here as well. Overall, cram as many people in one cabin (again, if youre on a...
