Shared a cabin with two others. Bathroom and toilet within the cabin. There were visible bed bugs all over one bed. It was vile! We used our own sleeping bags as there is no linen supplied. There is a Restaurant and Bar and general store in the grounds. This is contiki accommodation so expect lots of noise and drunk behaviour.... More

In my opinion it is one of accomodate options when you want to visit Venice, but do not want to live in Venice. Advantages: - close to berth with ships to Venice - Helpful staff - Camping contains "minimal" facilities to survive. But: - a lot of moskitos (we were there on September) - but we were prepared and had... More

We really had no high expectations whatsoever when we arrived. I knew it was going to be basic, which I don't mind. We took a bungalow for two people with bathroom. The bungalow was ok, but it was jus too humid, the whole time. Our clothes felt wet during the whole trip which really wasn't comfortable. And it was difficult... More

There were six of us all staying in a maxi caravan and we had a great time, i would recommend this place on a budget. We came to venice to go to the biennale which was good. It does get loud at night but for students its excellent and we made friends with the contiki travellers. Pros: The pizza at... More

It will be a great lesson for me - don't choose the place fir staying before reading reviews. We stayed here for 2 terrible nights. I'm always trying to find something positive so pluses are below: very friendly staff on reception. The rest things were terrible: very dirty, smelly, wet mobile houses, uncomfortable beds, noisy neighbors (there are a lot... More

As the cheapest accommodation in the area we didn't really expect much, so we weren't disappointed. We paid around $30 per night for a cabin with our own bathroom. The cabin, was more like a permanent large caravan which was split in two so you can clearly hear all movements of your neighbours. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, pillows were... More

We ended up at Fusina camping site by chance as we were passing through Italy and decided last minute to spend a day in Venice. Our experience was not good, to put it mildly. Fusina is located right by the sea but the place there is industrial and not vacation-like. Dirty sea, cranes, construction sites everywhere you look and just... More

I stayed here as part of a Contiki Camping tour, and I have to say out of all the campsites I stayed at this one was at the bottom end of the scale. My main concern was the state of the showers, they were the tiniest showers I had ever seen, they were half outside and growing mould. Later that... More

For those wishing to visit Venice, Camping Fusina offers an affordable option for those wishing to take a pleasant 25 minute ferry ride into the floating city. We stayed here with a group for two nights and it was tolerable. The half caravan accommodations were cramped and not entirely comfortable. Not only were they in need of cleaning, they were... More

The place has some nice features but is outweighed by other poor areas. I had a bungalow, which had old beds which the base would fall out of if you moved on it to much, a light switch which couldn't be used at the same time as the power point next to it as it would turn it off, and... More
