The staff are just lovely, with the proper mix of friendliness and professionalism. Our room (his lordship's suite) was gorgeous, with a window looking out onto a daffodil-strewn lawn. Describing the restaurant is difficult to do if you're trying not to gush too much. Take it from me, it's all fabulous.
