A disgusting hovel of a place. Whilst here major renovation works ongoing so impossible to get any rest during day and u cannot believe the hotel does not make these renovations known. Will probably have to return to Kapit again but I would elect to stay on the streets rather than this ramshackled dump. Even the cock roaches have left.

I choose a suite as i heard so much about this hotel. This is my second stay here. Location wise is good, just walks away to the market, shops, kfc and lotsa coffee shop. As for room, i expect a bigger tv for a suite but neh..small old tv box with only 1 channel! Gosh..but they do have astro at the suite lobby... More

Stayed 2 to 10 nov 2014. Bathtub had 2 palm sized rust holes artfully covered with thick rubber mat. No curtain rod n curtain. Aircon, hot water, toilet flush works. No hot water for drinking till 5 days later. No cleaning service on Sunday. Had to bag my own trash n remove rubbish from my room. Best of all, curtain had... Kapit is a small town, and this is a perfectly adequate small town hotel; nothing fancy. One night I seemed to be almost the only guest, but another night they were completely full with some sort of a local government convention. I stayed here twice: once in a deluxe room on the third floor that was perfectly fine, clean and... More

Kapit town is accessible via express boat. Upon reaching the town from Sibu after a three hour ride the first thing you want to have is a good shower and a bed to lie down. The hotel is only about 7 minutes walk from the wharf. If you have a lot of luggage there are local who willingly carry them... More

Checked in on Friday night around 9pm. Was given the room key and a towel. Asked the receptionist if theres coffee making facility, she said No. Ok not big issue. Took the lift to 1st floor. Hallway to room was dark. Maybe the hotel was saving electricity or just environment friendly. Found my way to the door using my cell... More

There isn't a lot of choice in Kapit, but I'd need a very good reason to stay here again. The room is very basic, with crumbling walls in the bathroom. The corridors are gloomy and grubby. The best thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty good. There's no breakfast available. There wasn't a... More

Unless the owner does a serious overhaul of this place (and its management), this hotel will continue to be THE WORST HOTEL IN KAPIT. At their prices, you would expect something better but this place underperforms & does even worse than cheaper hotels nearby which charge roughly half of what this hotel charges (Deluxe Single at RM80/night - corporate rate).... thank goodness we had a look at a room before we agreed to stay. it was much more expensive than any of the other rooms we looked at in kapit 120rm per night for a twin room. the hotel's interiors looked tired and worn. the paint was peeling from the walls. the room looked dirty. had a look in the...
