Located just outside of Kilkenny, Kilbawn is truly a country house right in the middle of horse country. Elizabeth is an amazing host! She was very friendly and offered great suggestions for nearby dining and sights. Rooms are comfortable and clean and breakfast was hearty. Also a great spot to look at the stars.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and offered tea and cookies. She helped us map out the rest of our trip and provided us with dinner reservations at a lovely restaurant. The rooms were clean and the grounds, beautiful. Breakfast was excellent! If I ever plan a trip back to Ireland, I'll stay there again.
