My college roommate and I (we are now in our 50s) find a fun place to visit together each summer. We stumbled upon Trevin Farms by googling "farmstays in Vermont". Once we saw the goat cheese-making class, we were hooked. Kevin and Troy have a lovely family farm. Every one of their over 60 goats (their "girls") has a name... More

My wife surprised me with a three day mini-moon to Trevin after our wedding celebration. We had a fantastic time. The farm and surrounding Green Mountains are gorgeous and Sudbury is a pretty little New England town less than 10 minutes drive away. Trevin is a full working farm. We learned how to milk and take care of the goats,... More

I cant speak highly enough about this place. We really just needed a place to stay, and when we saw they offered cheese making, we booked. Knowing what we know now, this place will be the focal point of our next stay in Vermont. I can speak enough to how fun and knowledgeable Kevin and Troy are about their farm... More

Okay, ready? If you go here this is what wiil happen... you will learn, eat well, and laugh! Hello? No brainer, right?! We milked goats, we fed goats, we drank goat’s milk, we ate goat cheese, we cuddled goats, and they made us smile! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer weekend. Thanks Troy and Kevin!

This is an awesome place to stay!!! It's a wonderful place to stay with friends and family. Troy & Kevin make you feel at home, and encourage you to help them with their farm and goats. They show you how they make goat milk, cheese,& yogurt. They keep their farm very clean and their home is very comfortable. The food... More

We bought our animal-loving, aspiring chef teenage daughter, a night here that included an abbreviated cheese-making session the next morning. The owners accommodated our request for a shortened stay, and it was perfect. It's been 6 months, and she still talks about it. And we're making our own chevre cheese from goat milk (thanks to the hands-on tutorial she received).

Troy, Kevin, Prince, Zoe, and "the girls" (this is how the goats are lovingly referred to) sure know how to make high strung city slickers relax and enjoy the beauty and simplicity of farm life. From the serene setting, to the opportunity to get involved in farm chores (we milked the goats!), make and EAT amazing goat cheese, cooking lessons... More

Trevin Farms was absolutely wonderful fun for the whole family. The food is amazing! My three year old was lucky enough to have a chef-prepared dinner for his birthday! All the guests gathered round and sang happy birthday to him as well. It has been a month since we've been to the farm and my son is still asking for... More

Trevin Farms was home to three couples; the other 5 dear friends stayed in our cabin 200 yards away. All of us gathered one place or the other for a wonderful time, enjoying the farm livestock, the farm food, and the hospitality of Kevin and Troy. Over 2 1/2 days we walked, talked, kayaked, rode my tractor, and simply enjoyed... More
