When we arrived at the Gold Coast Holiday Park & Motel, we were given a map but still had trouble finding our cabin, it took a few goes before we found our cabin. The location is perfect very close to all the theme parks. My children enjoyed the pool and movie nights and we enjoyed relaxing at the restaurant.

We felt silly going camping only 10mins from home but our tent was set up near the creek and the atmosphere was so relaxing that I actually thought we were 2 hours away. We were camped near the creek. Lovely setting. The noise of highway did wake me. I thought it was heavy rain. We have a different van and it's insulated, so noise should be less. We had a great time staying at the park and loved the pool area with the cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpfully. This park has everything a family needs to enjoy their holiday. The park's pool is dreamy and it makes you feel like you are in a very posh environment. We would highly recommend this park to anyone heading to the gold coast, absolutly perfect for theme park fun. Kids loved the waterslide pool and us adults enjoyed the good coffee. Loved the help with backing onto sites with the caravan, i'm sure elderly people would really appreciate this.
