Myself and my extended family were in Mullagh for a family wedding which was taking place close by and we stayed at Killian's Lodge. I couldn't speak highly enough of Tracy and her staff, they were most welcoming and helpful. Killian's is a home from home with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm with... More

We stayed at Kilians Lodge as we were in Cavan researching family history and wanted to stay in the area. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the dinner and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and would recommend this place if you want to stay in an Irish pub/lodge. If you are an... More

The town is small and quiet however it suited my purposes as a centre for a two day business trip in the area. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. Free parking outside, lots of locals eating there. Good menu, free wi-fi, warm comfortable large room. very friendly staff ,breakfast cooked fresh to order, complimentary newspaper, good TV and... Very little i can say except wow. The staff at this hotel could teach other bigger hotels a thing or two about politeness and customer service. Nothing was a problem to them. Even though we stayed here 14 of us the receptionist Tracey ferried us back and forth to wherever we wanted to go. We will be back here for... More

This is a great spot for food. Friendly staff, excellent service, wonderful food. Spoilt for choice with the menu and reasonably priced. This is located in a small village but always seems busy. A great example of the Irish craic and culture for tourists. A must see!

Just returned from a short weekend break and we had a fantastic time. We arrived on the Friday evening to be greeted by a lovely lady called Rita. Nothing was a problem and the pints of Guinness were, to say the least, beautiful. We were in room 101 at the top of the first flight of stairs. The room was... More

Stayed here last Saturday with friends this is our 2nd time and again weren't disappointed. As I have already stated in my 1st review this family run hotel is one of the friendliest, efficient with great food and value for money establishments in Ireland thanks to Tracey and all the staff. Irish hospitality at its best will definitely be back
