We really enjoyed our stay at The Bailie Hotel. It was fantastic value for money as we got a weekend special deal. My husband and I were away for a weekend as it was our Anniversary and wanted some peace and quiet, nice dinners and a few drinks. For the most part we got this and I have to say... More

We booked this weekend as a last minute deal for a nice relaxing time and boy were we not dissapointed. On first view it may look a bit old world but once you get indie you are met with a smile and made to feel at home, we were given our room key, room 53, and went up, the room... More

Had a great time from Sunday to Tuesday at the Bailie Hotel. Arrived Sunday afternoon and got a very warm, friendly welcome. Had the pleasure of the Sunday carvery and have to say the roast beef was to die for. Sunday night has music on, but over at 12:30, so not much of a problem for people staying. The room... More

Just returned back to Northern Ireland after having a great weekend at The Bailie Hotel with a Treat-Ticket deal, have to say all the staff here are the friendliest we have come across, we had a meal both nights in the bar which was excellent, steaks were first class. We spent the first evening in the Sky bar across the... More

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, globally, and by far! For this place to be call themselves a hotel is arguable fraudulent misrepresentation. I've noticed many of the reviewers who gave this place 5 actually state they never stayed here!?! Hence they can be totally ignored as reviews. That someone in the kitchen here can cook a meat and potatoes... More

Our most sincere desire is to see you delighted with your stay at the hotel and to that end we shrive for excellent customer service and communication. Prior to your arrival all your requirements were attended to ie. gluten free bread and soya milk. Thank you for drawing our attention to the problems, ie lighting outside the window and the... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Bailie Hotel. Obviously the return to it indicates my pleasure! There is a charm to the hotel that needs to be experienced. The rooms are spotless and the beds comfortable, but it maintains the character of old. From skeleton keys to the doors, to no elevator and a classic bar... More

Stayed here for business in May 2014, room (top floor) was pretty small but immaculately clean and nicely furnished. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and the food in the bar was good. There's a swimming pool within a 3 minute walk and the receptionist even called ahead for me to find out when it was open... More

Had a family reunion at this hotel as it was my father's birthplace. Booking was easy by phone, staff could not do enough to accommodate us. The booking was a hot and cold buffet for 50 people. There was also a christening and darts competition the same day and the bar was packed. Even so, all our needs were catered... More

Booked for valentine night and we thought this would be a mistake, however food in the restaurant was fabulous, it was great value and staff were so friendly really made you feel special. Also received per couple a glass of champayne with choclates. Will not hesitate to book for next year.
