My first visit this year but definitely not my last. Carole and Ron made us so welcome. We feel like we have made life long friend. The evening meal is a must. We are already planning a return trip this year.

A beautiful chambre d'hotes set in a tranquil location with mountain views. After a 3000 mile motorcycle road trip over 3 weeks Ron and Carole's place stands out. Not for the spotless accommodation, nor the wonderful breakfast or the excellent optional evening meals, nor the great motorcycling roads on the doorstep. What sets it apart are its hosts, Ron and... 900 miles into a trip to the Pyrenees and we stayed at this great place. Ron and Carole treat you like Family and make your visit feel as if you have been over to dinner with friends. As a party if four hairy bikers from the UK. We will be back for sure. Accommodation, food, road trip advice and hospitality... More

3 friends and I was on a tour through France, The Pyrenees and Andorra. We contacted Ron and Carole with late notice that we would like to stay with them. Four of us hairy bikers. We were met with enthusiasm and a perfect welcoming of a well needed beer. Chalet le Chapeau Bleu is set in a beautiful location, immaculately... More

We booked on the fly in the pouring rain and we had the warmest greeting from Ron. Equipped with puck's for our side stands and a cold beer, Ron proved to be an absolute exquisite host. Inside we were greeted by his lovely wife carol and Ron showed us to our beautiful rooms in his picturesque house. After freshening up,... More

We had an excellent and comfortable stay in this modern, friendly, clean, well equipped bed and breakfast. Set in stunning scenery and countryside this place is a must stay for any visitor, would definitely recommend. The warm hospitality far exceeded our expectations.

8 of us stayed as part of a motorcycle trip. Absolutely superb. Ron and Carole were the perfect hosts and cooked us a 4 course evening meal fit for a king for 20 euros per person. Rooms were excellent with stunning views. Nice patio area outside for guests to chill out. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended. Will return.

We had 5 nights in the Pyrenees in the best b&b in the world. Our hosts Ron & Caroll were kind, generous and helped us have such a beautiful time in the Pyrnees. Over the cheese course at dinner we would all plan and plot our next day's activities with maps, brouchers and recommendations. Ron's aim was to serve up... More

We have been there for 4 or 5 times now and we leave every time with the feeling of going back again. The house is perfect. The atmosphere is so warm thanks to Carole and Ron, they are the best owners a B&B could have, they are extermely kind and take care of all the little details. You feel you... More

We have just returned from spending New Year at the Chalet le Chapeau Bleu and for the life of me I cannot understand how any reviewers have managed to give this any score, in any category, less than 5/5. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left Carole and Ron treated us like friends rather than guests. Nothing,... More

Thank you so much for your lovely review Roy. We too had a great few days with you and your friends and family - felt like we were at a party rather than looking after guests. You made our New Year - it is so nice to see the region and attraction through someone else's eyes for the first time.... More
