This was our second visit to Les Norias and we were in no way disappointed. The setting in gardens beside l’Hérault river, a few moments away from Ganges, is quiet and relaxing, and the hospitality is of a quality rare in French hotels. Rooms are quite small but brightly decorated, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Most look... More

This is a lovely venue in the setting and the ambiance of the hotel. And we liked the informality of Ganges town - reached by a choice of pedestrian bridge (old) or a more modern bridge, over the river Vis and its lovely wooded valley. The staff were welcoming and very obliging with a friendly manner, but slightly overworked on... More

Lovely hotel converted from a ladies stocking factory. Facade covered in ivy which helps keep it a bit cooler whicj h is just as well as there is no air conditioning. Very friendly patron who encouraged us to use our french which was nice. Restaurant was spacious with excellent service and choice. Presentation was excellent . The food was good... More

A really delightful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We visited on a busy holiday weekend, but nevertheless got a warm welcome and impeccable service. Our room was bright and immaculate, and the dinner was better than good with some well-chosen local wines. The garden of the hotel, bordering a river, makes a perfect setting for outdoor dining. Highly recommended -... More

My wife and I had recently spent the weekend at this charming french country inn. The owners Nathalie and Blaise were very kind hosts and their beautiful property is full french charm. The hotel sits on a river with a nice view of a stone bridge. The property extends until the water and is fully of shady trees perfect to... More

We stayed here by pure chance not being able to find a decent hotel in Ganges. First impressions were wow. Beautiful gardens and house and very friendly hosts. One night for 70 euros was a steal and if im in this area again i will certainly stay here. The only fault was the limited menu for my fussy friend but... More

It was a joy to spend 3 mid June nights at Les Norias, after an enforced absence of two years, and to find that the new proprietors have retained all the best aspects. A warm welcome, excellent food, spotless room, and that delightful 'parc' stretching down to the river with comfy chairs in which to lounge under the shady trees. We came... More

This hotel provides the best of both worlds--close proximity to the town center of Ganges and plenty of green space to relax near the river. Our room was spacious and the ivy from the side of the building beautifully framed our window that let the sunshine in. The patio area and back park that was on the property provided for... More

Friendly staff, quick response to booking by email. Lovely looking hotel from outside, large car park, very attractive large gardens leading down to sunloungers by the river. OK for one night stays when visiting area. Dog friendly.

Incredibly rude staff. Dirty, very dated rooms smelled like That pesticide. A Most unpleasent stay. Fortunately We Only Had To endue one night before moving on to Something Better!
