This hotel is on top of the cliffs above Uluwatu surf point. It has hands down the best infinity pool I've seen. The rooms are aging and could do with a little tlc. Stayed here to be close to the surf break and was happy enough with it.

Went there after we saw the swim and fun package on posters around. As i carry my 10 month old baby, we thought it would be nice just to sit by the pool and enjoy some food. But as we enter the gate, we we're "welcomed" by a rude security staff. He told us that there are no such thing... More

Stopped off to have a look at infinity pool and have a swim. Two adults and two kids. Was raining no one there but they insisted on $20 per person to swim. Seriously!! Abrupt, rude unhelpful. Went into restaurant and it was just too much bother to serve us so got up and left.

We went solely for the infinity pool & weren't disappointed! Great location, many cliff restaurants & cafes' near by. 'Single Fin' just next door often has a beautiful sunset & great nightlife every sunday. We also loved the free shuttle bus to Padang Padang beach from the hotel. The rooms were in need of a face lift but quite spacious.... More

My family of 2 adults and 3 kids booked to stay 3 nights in the 2 bedroom Presidential Villa overlooking the ocean. We stayed 1 night and left but had to pay for the second night. The Villa has a spectacular spot on the Uluwatu Cliffs overlooking the ocean but this is the only positive feature! On arriving at the... More

We stayed here for 5 nights merely for the location. We were so excited when we walked in to the foyer .. Amazing view and the pool is beautiful ... The staff at front desk were fairly nice.. They took us to our room .. It was dark and smelt like mould. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the bath... More

This hotel has amazing location but unfortunately it seems no maintenances, we feel insecure staying in our two floors villa which on 2nd floor space is totally unclean, no key between connecting door. Foods are ok with kinky chinese style served.

Staying here for 2 nights, and ordered some drinks at the bar late at night. One drink ordered was a frozen cocktail, piña colada. When it arrived, it was not frozen as I expected but was just iced/cold, and when I brought it to the attention to the waiter, he could not understand me at all, so eventually the bartender... More

This place is old...... BUT we attended for a wedding that was set at the main/cliff pool and it was amazing, truly a magical experience. We stayed two nights and it was tolerable. the air-con worked and the water was clean, room large. I wouldn't recommend a long stay unless they have other renovated rooms that are much nicer. but... Very friendly and helpful reception staff - thankyou for all your assistance. Such a beautiful hotel and location but has been left to rack and ruin. Some major renovating needs to be done to bring this hotel back to where it should be. I really hope this is done soon. Don't book a standard room, go for a villa, slightly... More
