We stayed for three nights in the "deluxe" room. Very very overpriced. The water in the shower pooled around my ankles and took 15 mins to drain. The room stank and the bathroom smelt like urine. And this was the better room out of our friends and family. We spent one night in the "honeymoon" suite, which also stank of... More

We found this hotel on Agoda, where there are beautiful photos of the infinity pool and grounds of this hotel. The infinity pool is there (and eally is beautiful), but we never got to enjoy a sunset because each night we were there, there was also a big wedding. The pool was shut down each day at 4pm to prepare... More

Walking into the pristine white hotel foyer which frames the infinity pool disappearing off the spectacular cliff drop to the famous Uluwatu surf break, you could be forgiven for thinking that you'd stumbled across a little piece of heaven. Particularly with a gorgeous glass chapel winking down at you. It's not until you wade through the overgrown weeds of your... More

Booked for 2 nights ended up staying just the one. Rooms very run down, dead mossies on walls and ants in room. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Staff helpful and friendly just needs a big face lift. Room service good. But room needs to be looked at could Smell sewerage coming from our toilet.

I recently went to blue point chapel and stayed in a room at bluepoint. As soon as you walk in any of the rooms it smells like mould. The walls are warped. There was black all over the exterior walls that were supposed to be white. They had chopped electrical cords viewable from the restaurant. The staff were beyond rude.... More

We were staying somewhere else but decided to have some drinks at blue point and go for a swim as we do when staying in kuta. But the man at the kiosk offered for lunch/ drink and swim for approx $21 ( which was on a little print out) we had just eaten so I asked how much just to... More

We only stayed here 1 night before we flew out the next day and we were happy it was only a night. There's water damage in lots of areas that are unused. There's a creepy green water garden pool that looks like it's never been cleaned. The main sunset pool area is beautiful but can be quite overcrowded with people... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days in February 2014 for a wedding. From reading the reviews i knew already that this hotel wasn't 5 star however didn't really expect what we got. The hotel needs a full upgrade as when it rained, the rain water leaked through the roof in the restaurant leaving pools of water everywhere. The... More

The room was absolutely beautiful. The views breath taking... The food poisoning my husband got not so amazing. We thought we would lash out and get the honeymoon villa at $380US a night. We got room service with candles etc overlooking the ocean. Which ended up with my husband VERY sick for the next 2 days. The bathrooms need updating... More

Experience with Blue point during my stay Good: 1. Overall view on scenery is good 2. Pool view is good 3. Hotel service is good Average: 1. Hotel needs to upgrade (eg: water, bath tub) 2. Fume regularly as there a lot of mosquito 3. Hotel food needs to be more attractive
