Mu is a fantastic place with really beautiful traditional thatched balinese cottages. A huge amount of attention to detail has gone into the interiors and all the little touches that make this place special. Dinners are shared with other guests, and are fantastic value for money. The food is good. Not excellent but great for the money, and if you... More

Mu was the accommodation we favourably anticipated weeks leading up to our arrival, and as hoped, it was without doubt the most beautiful stay we had during our time in Indonesia. The open air cliff bungalow (‘Isha’) looking out onto Bingin beach was a soul cleansing experience. Loved the style of the Balinese outdoor bathroom, pebbled shower and bamboo views!... More

As two couples booking at late notice we stayed in the Bingtang Bungalow. It was nice - however the bungalow looked like it was public area so many of the other people staying at the hotel would come and sit and walk through the area which was meant to be our accommodation. The location was great right up on the... More

The decoration is great and they take care of the details: great soap and shampoo, water jugs in each bathroom, the decorative details are amazing! THE VIEW is EXTRAORDINARY! and the breakfast is the best in the world! This is one amazing hotel!!!

Fall in love the moment we arrived, estate was quaint and authentic, most unlike any resort we've ever been to. Solely as all the dwellings were hand built by the resort owner. Especially the stay at Isha Bungalow was quite an adventure itself due to its extreme alfresco exposure condition, loved the way we are placed right in the middle... More

Mu is a wonderful peaceful spot, right on the southeastern tip of the Uluwatu peninsula. The ocean views are amazing, and it's a 5min trip down some steps to a stunning beach. Great spot to watch the surfers, nicely under-developed, just a few surf bars. The bungalows are charming, with lots of character. Great views from the pool area. Food... More

This is an awesome little villa overlooking the surf in Bingin. The salt water swimming pool puts all other pools in the area to shame. Daily yoga was also really nice to have available. The small spa offered just the perfect amount of pampering. This is the place that I most want to return to.

Mu is perfect to get away and relax. The view is stunning, the rooms rustic yet sufficient, the pool beautiful. Whilst the Wifi was bit working this was kind of a forced relaxation. It would be great if reception was manned 24 hours a day for late arrivals or early departures. We truly enjoyed the communal dinner as we met... More

Stayed in one of the small bungalows in April. The setting is terrific with accommodation to match. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were invited to view the two large bungalows, which looked superb. Had a meal at the restaurant which was was very good. You share a large table with other guests and it was an excellent... More
