I selected this lovely hideaway as a result of reading the reviews from this site. I must say, the raves were right. This is one of the most tranquil relaxing spots I've been to. My hubby and I travel quite a bit and we are always looking for the quaint and cozy place, where you can meet some locals and fun tourists (but not too many tourists) and we found this at Long Bay. For the first few days, we had the place almost all to ourselves (there was only one other couple) and then shortly there after a few more guests arrived. If you do not like seclusion, this is not the place for you. If you do not like seclusion, this is not the place for you. I had to repeat myself, because it is very secluded. There is another hotel on the opposite side of the beach (almost every person we met who was staying there complained about the service and just how down right rude the staff was).
