Pros: 1: Location... It is situated away from civilization, nestled in the middle of a coffee plantation, where you can wake up to the sounds of peacocks and the sights of deers and some other animals. A must place to be for animal/bird lovers. Reaching this property could be back breaking but fun! One has to leave his/her vehicle at... More

Its a beautiful place in the midst of nature. The staff was very courteous and the helpful. We were a group of 10-12 people and it was quite fun as they arranged a bonfire in the evening. The food served is decent. A couple of things to note- 1) There will hardly be any mobile network. So be prepared for... More

A beautiful resort with the advantage of having wildlife around. The place has the charm of being a period villa. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. Weather was playing hide and seek with us. Rain and sunshine in turns. We had breakfast in the gazebo all the three days which was overlooking the coffee plantation. Just a superb place.... More

Went for a day's trip in aug 13. The place is not worth the price. The rooms were leaking during the rain, the hot water was never there and the water in the bathroom was muddy. There is no alternative for food except having it at the hotel. Safari is overpriced and not recommended.Strongly not recommended.

We stayed 2 nights at Northern Hay. Set midst a coffee estate, the resort is very pretty, though not exceptional. We were a family and took 2 rooms, one attached to the cottage and the 'newly built' mughouse. After the hype created by the owner, we were disappointed as the mug house was dark, stuffy, unkempt with a filthy bathroom.... More
