The place is located in the middle of nowhere but might be okay for those looking for a condo experience. However, many of the units have a problem with mold. The complex is stunning and probably one of the classiest in Phuket for a shared condominium. It is as its described very clean and a very nice stay just outside the main areas of Patong, would recommend car rental.
