I have stayed at this wonderful B and B on several occasions. We first went there when our elder daughter started at Durham University, and we always made it our base when we went up to visit her. Stayed last night during a charity coast to coast bike ride. Couldn't ask for a better B&B, the proprietor even ran us to the local pub for tea and picked us up again late on to take us back. The accommodation is immaculate and breakfast was just perfect. Can't recommend Rosehill enough.

Having cycled from Penrith over some painful hills and into a relentless easterly wind, Rosehill Farm was the perfect place to recover - despite the extremely challenging ride up the drive!
