Stayed here from 17/08/14 till 21/08/14 was one of the best Travelodges I have stayed in and I have stayed in a few. Reception staff very helpful. My sister had an issue with the toilet, it was constantly filling up so disturbed her sleep, after speaking to the reception her room was changed without question. Our room one of the... More

Firstly, this is a budget hotel, so the 2-ply toilet paper, cheap soap in wall-mounted soap dispensers, limited TV channels, and curtains that need a series of sharp tugs to open and close (and don't ever quite close properly) are acceptable for the price paid! Pros: Welcoming receptionists, large room, clean, comfortable bed, coffee-making facilities, bath sheets rather than bath... More

Good cheap location if visiting Laugharne. Tierd and dated rooms and a bad nights sleep because of the noise from the road. I would say for one night its fine but do not plan on staying here for a holiday.

our first room smelt of 'old drains'. and the carpet by the bed was soaked. we asked to be moved. which we was. and the receptionist was very apologetic. the rooms were very hot and stuffy due to lack of adequate ventilation. or air conditioning! also we was constantly disturbed by banging doors from the corridors. wasn't very happy with... 3rd visit to St Clears. Clean and tidy (except for windows), including a new bed and duvet on 2nd day, and very good value for money however...on this latest visit there was extremely low cold water pressure for loo (25 mins to refill), bath/shower and basin. Reception informed twice yet still not resolved by checkout. Will use St Clears again... More

My partner and I stayed here in June. We wanted a base to explore St. Clears, Tenby and Narberth. Our room was just SO comfortable we wished we could take the bed home with us!!! Friendly staff at reception helped make it exceptional. Highly recommended - 10/10

Just returned from South Wales and stayed 2 nights in the Travelodge St Clears. The check in lady (Blonde lady on a double shift) was brilliant. Sorry didn't get her name but she couldn't have been more helpful from extra bedding, extra coffee & milk, to loads of info about the surrounding area. Local knowledge is wonderful. Considering she was... More

This Travelodge was friendly and nicely placed for touring South West Wales. Free car parking & small amount of free Wi-Fi was very useful for daily planning. Rooms were adequate & comfortable and reasonably priced. Air conditioning was not however available, unfortunately, and would have been invaluable in the recent hot weather

We booked for one night in this hotel as a stop-over for our onward journey (to Bluestone, Wales). Sunday 13th July 2014 We arrived in the dead of night with two sleeping children. Firstly, it's just off the main road so extremely convenient. We whipped the kids up into the room, which was all prepped with a pull-out bed (already... More

This basic Travelodge is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Room was as expected - Large Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom. Travelodge now place comfortable sofas in their rooms which was welcomed. Further every door in the hotel has an effective anti-slam device so no being awakened by early risers. Our room was a little bit smelly - the shower... More

Every room has King-sized bed with cosy duvet, En-suite bathroom, Remote control colour TV and Tea and coffee-making facilities.
