I have wanted to visit the west coast of Bali to dive for some time and our research lead us to choose this hotel. Everything from the online booking to the pick up at the airport was perfect with excellent communication at all times. The drive up from the south took us just a little over 4 hours through some... I just spent 7 nights at this lovely place. It's well worth the 4 hour drive to spend time in such a leafy and quiet place away from all the ugliness and crowds that have taken over much of this once beautiful island. My room at the monsoon lodge was very comfortable; quite Spartan but also chic and very roomy,... More

I'm writing the review at the resort now, it's so good! If you like to be in nature, a touch of remoteness, and awesome nature activities, you'll love it at the menjengan. They have everything trekking, horse back riding, massage, awesome pools, glass bottom boats, 2 restraunts ( one on beach, other in huge bali tower), kiaking, snorkeling, awesome accommodation,... We were here in september 2014. It was perfect! The domain is immense so you can walk a lot without seeing a soul. The food is delicious and can be delivered to your room. We mostly had diner at the beach and it was calming. The beach is excellent, the rooms clean and the staff well trained. We had a... More

I spent a week at this wonderful place in September 2014. I was travelling with my partner, who has coeliac disease. We both follow a strictly gluten free diet. As frequent travellers we are aware that this can mean living on a reduced diet, since all too many hotels and restaurants still think it is adequate simply to remove gluten... More

It's getting increasingly difficult to escape the crowds in Bali. The fiver hour drive from Denpasar means that this small resort, nestled amid a 400 ha property within the West Bali National Park, feels far away from it all. The Menjangan's components - beach bar and villas, restaurant and accommodation - are connected by dirt roads and disappear almost entirely... More

We came here last year and was blown away by the beauty and tranquillity of Menjangan. The Menjangan resort is located in the middle of a National Park that is well maintained by the local government whereas the Menjangan Resort was professionally run and maintained by wonderful staffs. It was a 4 hour drive from Ngurah Rai Airport. We stayed... More

My husband and I stayed four nights in a Beach Villa in December and enjoyed it very much, primarily for the excellent access to snorkeling at Menjangan Island. We have snorkeled in many places around the world -- the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, Belize -- and the snorkeling at Menjangan Island was the... More

We stayed at a beach villa room and it was wonderful. It had all the plush ammenities, a really cool movie/music TV entertainment system, and the bed was the most comfortable of our whole vacation! The room is huge and the windows give an awesome view. We could lounge right next to the sleeping deer, and watch the herd move... More

My mother and I stayed here as a treat for the end of our holiday and were not disappointed! Rico the manager went out of his way to make us feel special. From the moment we arrived the service was 5star, food was delicious and the whole set up was fantastic! As you can tell, we loved every minute staying... More
