Our family really enjoyed staying at this elegant manor home. Michael and Rebecca made us all feel right at home and served a delicious breakfast. I was hoping for a fun place to stay while we enjoyed Kingston and the 1000 islands, but I didn't expect Wolfe Island itself to be such a great treat. The kids loved the pool... More

Beautiful old manor home with lots of history attached! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfasts imaginative and delicious, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. There's good bike riding and interesting walks on Wolfe Island, a game room with a huge snooker table, and a widow's walk balcony where we enjoyed the Canada Day fireworks. We enjoyed our... More

Michael and Rebecca are great hosts and have recently taken over the manor. Good thing, as the manor itself requires a fresh look. It is obvious that years ago this was a well-loved b&b that has now fallen into disrepair. It is still an interesting place to stay but be prepared for an overall run-down feeling until the new management... More

Very nice hosts. Fascinating old home with beautiful wood staircases. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Great biking in the area. Nice view from the widow's peak. Nice swimming pool (didn't have time for it though). We had lots of fun. Recommend going to Wolfe Island Bakery and General Wolfe Hotel for their Table D'Hote - delicious and great value.

For many days running, the owner of Wolfe Manor allowed the preparations for and eventually an extraordinarily beautiful wedding to take place on the lawns of his exquisite manor house. The accommodations offered to guests ranged from the luxurious rooms of both the main house and pool house as well as camping facillities. Throughout all the stages of wedding preparation... More

We live in Kingston and stayed Oct 20-21 - not the normal season for staying there! Rod made every effort to make us comfortable and make sure that we had everything we needed - a great host! Our room was cozy (great bed, duvet, lots of pillows) and we enjoyed being able to explore the amazing house. During our day,... More

If you want 24 hour concierge service, a mint on your pillow and pristine gardens; this is not the place for you. If you want amazing breakfasts, comfortable beds, handmade soap in your bathroom, big fluffy towels, lovely people and an amazing experience..I highly recommend Wolfe Manor. This beautiful old B and B is a 100 year old Catholic rectory... More

We visited on August long weekend (Ontario) / the weekend of the annual Clayton, NY Antique Boat Show. The spacious rooms of this 4 story house built in the late 19th century were decorated in an interesting, eclectic style with intersting artifacts from around the world . The rooms were clean, luxurious, and ornate. The view of the city night... More

We had a very enjoyable stay at Wolfe Manor. We arrived Saturday afternoon and were greeted by the owner’s son. He showed us to our room and then gave a tour of this magnificent house and the grounds. After we settled in we took a drive around the island which consists mostly of farms. We met some very friendly people... More
