The Blue Horizon is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay on Wolfe Island. Margaret and Grant, the owners, were very pleasant and friendly and always willing to help us out. We didn't spend much time there as we were attending a family reunion. We did enjoy sitting on the lawn and looking out at the lake. The rooms were... More

Blue Horizon was recommended to us by my wife's family, who live on Wolfe Island and know Margaret and Grant, the owners. They couldn't have recommended a better place. The house is located on a working farm (complete with buffalo and llamas), and has the biggest barn I've ever seen. But the farmhouse itself is the really spectacular part. Old... More

Had a great time in Kingston last weekend! Want a getaway as a couple or a family, Blue Horizon B&B on Wolfe Island. Amazing! Lovely, kind, knowledgable hosts. Wind, water, waves, lakers, stars, baby buffalo, llamas, ferry to come home to every night, awesome breakfast every morning. You couldn't want for anything, Margaret and Grant have thought of everything and... More

This bed and breakfast is a breath of fresh air! My family and I spent Canada Day weekend here and it was wonderful. Private decks/balconies, friendly inn keepers and a gorgeous location on the water. I highly recommend the Blue Horizon! Delicious breakfast and knowledgeable inn keepers tell you all about the history of the island. Just a few km... More

Margret, our host, ensured we were comfortable and taken care of our entire stay. We enjoyed (delicious!) breakfasts with her and her husband, over looking the lake one could mistake as the ocean. We stayed in two rooms that had large patios and each their own seperate entrances, very practical and a great way to enjoy the nature around you.... More

Whenever we are in the Kingston area, we always stay at the Blue Horizon. The rooms are immaculate, the house is on the water and is just stunning. Best of all are Grant and Margret (owners) who have been like family - we look forward to our visit each time. This is a great spot to have a quiet retreat.... More

This B&B combines the quaint appeal of a rural farmhouse with a beautiful waterfront view. The owners were extremely friendly and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and special. The rooms are clean and quiet - the perfect place for a relaxing escape. The windfarm, bison, and llamas also make this location very fun and unique!... More
