we booked this place through out hotel in pokhara. we booked a 2 night 3 day package. room was good. food wan't great no choice as food was included in the package. activities were poorly organised our guide was not with us for some activities.

initially we wanted to stay somewhere else, but then we got a very good-priced room here. the staff was very nice and helpful, we booked all our trips into the park through the hotel and all of them were great and reasonably priced. the view over the river is also amazing. definite recommendation.

Excellent choice if you prefer a guesthouse to a lodge. Amazing views from the bar and balcony room overlooking the river and daily elephant baths. Really nice staff and manager. A/c and fan rooms clean and nearly new. A really nice place to relax and take in nature and wildlife.

Location of the hotel was awesome,staff were friendly,attentive.seems nepalese people born with this quality:) Room and bathroom were very clean,meets the european standard.We stayed in new building.hotel was upgraded that gives a vibe of new hotel.Elephant riding,feeding banana to baby elephant at breeding center was wonderful experience.not forgetting the elephant wash!
