We made our third visit to the Hyatt Tamaya in November 2014. We were not disappointed, again. The hotel is very nice, the setting is beautiful and you are within striking distance of a lot of great food and things to do. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good, which is... More

The setting was great, it's a beautiful place. It is a little of the beaten track though, in the middle of nowhere a bit (approx. 35 min from the airport). The golf course was unbelievable. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. You must take the rail runner into Santa Fe, the hotel has a shuttle that drives you to... More

Dear Lucine G, Wonderful advice! The rail runner to Santa Fe is a must, all guests should experience it. I am so glad to hear you were able to experience the surroundings of Hyatt Regency Tamaya here in the Southwest. More

My husband and I stayed here while attending a couples's workshop. Beautiful view at 5000, enjoying the best of the High Desert. Amazing property to walk on, including down to the headwaters of the Rio Grande, and out by the sacred Navajo mountain to the rescue horses in the barn. Great service. Good food. Free shuttle to an Indian casino... More

This is my favorite place in the Albuquerque valley, and have been returning each trip I make out to visit family. The setting near the Rio Grande bosque is perfect, and in October with the gold and yellows of the cottonwoods, its spectacular. Although I don't stay at the hotel, I have enjoyed both the Corn Maiden and Santa Ana... More

This Hyatt sits near the Rio Grande yet still in the middle of the desert. It is quite a remote location. I was there on business and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. Probably not a family spot unless you just want to get away from it all.

This resort is a very nice resort. The resort does not have high end finishes but is clean and well done. The style fits in well with its South West surroundings. You will drive about 30 to 40 minutes North from the Albuquerque Airport. You are also located about an hour South of Santa Fe. The pool areas are well... More

My husband and I traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the balloon festival and wanted a place to be available but also out of all the crowds. Tamaya more than met out needs. The concierge was very helpful in helping us plan the ins and outs of attending the festival. Transportation was offered but we chose to drive our rental... More

My wife, 4 year-old daughter and I spent three days at Tamaya in mid-September. It was definitely the "off season" (post Labor day) and the place was pretty quiet. Almost too quiet. They have 3 different swimming pools including an adult pool, a multipurpose pool with slide, and a shallow pool in the shape of a lazy river. Our daughter... More

This was my first time at the property and I was there for a short stay for business. The resort is very nice with many amenities. I found the property to be very nice, and blend well into the landscape, and you really feel the local culture here. The rooms are adequate, but, nothing special. My room was actually not... More

Luxury resort? Hardly. Luxury kennel? Probably. Staff needs training beyond "smile training 101". We booked a mountain vista room (premium room) and we had checked in on line and received an email telling us our room was ready a half hour before we arrived. When we arrived our room was not ready and the young girl at the front desk... More
