We had a great 3 night stay at Hyatt Tamaya. This was our 4th trip here and we enjoy this resort very much. The Good: We had a great room with a King bed that walked right out to the pool area--which is exactly what we had asked for. They brought a portable twin bed for my son to sleep... More

This is a beautiful resort in an amazing location. It is close to both Santa Fe and Albuquerque as well as several pueblos. The pool and waterside are great. This is the place to stay in New Mexico. We had a very relaxing stay and also recommend participating in the horseback riding and ballooning offered at the hotel.

Back in October 2006, Travel & Leisure rated the Hyatt Regency Tamaya as one of the 10 best spa hotels in USA. When we visited the hotel around that time, it was very upscale and way beyond our budget; all we could afford was lunch at the hotel's Santa Ana Cafe; the food was sublime (and expensive). Fast forward 9... More

This was our fourth stay at this resort and we will be back! We reserved a Mountain View room, and it was well worth the premium. On previous stays, we have had either Junior Suites or a VIP suite, but the location and view of this particular room (2121) was one of the best we've had, and made up for... More

Hyatt Tamaya is incredible! Colleen and her staff are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs and the properly is immaculate and very spacious. Huge rooms with balconies and beautiful views. Got two massages at the Spa with Christine because the first one was so good. Two of the best deep tissue massages I've ever gotten (and I've gotten many).... More

First of all, they have no rooms to accomodate a family of 5, so we paid for 2 rooms each night, which also means double the resort/parking fees and that really makes it harder to get your money's worth. One set of resort fees would have been plenty. The pool facility is awesome, the water slide was enjoyed by the... More

The resort is very beautiful, a lot of things to do especially if you have kids. Very quite at night. A little disappointed in the size of the rooms for the price and thought the bathrooms could use an update. So, all in all, rooms are average but the resort is beautiful.

This is our fourth stay at the Hyatt Tamaya. This time we came with 15 family members and used 6 rooms. Very kid friendly with many special events and projects ie rodeo, cooking for kids, horse decoration, native American story teller. Safe area for kids to roam and play within sight of the parents. Three swimming pools. Good food. Very... More

We live in the Albuquerque area and only a brief 20-25 minute drive from the Tamaya. It really is a wonderful facility in a wonderful setting. We occasionally stay there when our youngest daughter (age 12) has a soccer tournament at the nearby Bernalillo Soccer Complex. We spent 1 night at Tamaya during the tournament and were quite impressed. The... More
