We stayed at the Tamaya resort during Father's Day weekend. We stay there at least twice a year, and we love it! The spa is beautiful and relaxing without being pretentious. The hotel offers babysitting and Camp Hyatt, which our six year old loves, and so do we as it allows us time to be alone as a couple. The... more

While I was in town at this resort for a meeting, I was so impressed with the resort, I am taking my family on a surprise vacation later this summer. Wow! What an incredible resort. I have never seen such a unique resort. I travel for work, and have had the opportunity to experience several of the Hyatt Resort portfolio,... more

Where to begin. First with the sceren location secluded from the rest of the world. It's almost like its dug into the ground when you drive up (on a nice little one-lane road that only emphasizes the unwinding process). The golf course is great (although not cheap for the area). The restaurants were very good. The only 'complaint' I have... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hyatt Tamaya for 3 wonderful days. Everything was perfect: the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and reliable, the grounds clean and gorgeous. We found the restaurants to be convenient and acceptable (if a bit pricy for what we got) but the Corn Maiden served one of the best dinners I... more

Stayed 4 nights here at a conference May 12-16. Many rooms have two doubles instead of a king and hotel agreed to move us on second request (first clerk said not possible). Hotel is beautiful in a unique setting in the high desert. Golf courses are championship quality, especially Twin Warriors. Chef must be from L.A. because restaurant and banquet... more

Our family with 2 young children stayed here for 2 nights over easter break. My suggestion is that you call housekeeping as soon as you arrive and have them put an additional sheet on your bed. For some reason this Hyatt has purchased sheets that dont cover the mattress so they only have the bottom sheet reach about 3 inches... more

First of all the double beds were really small! but thats all that was available that night! Our room had a 25" t.V which was not even a flat screen, you would think they would have flat screens for all the money they charge..I was expecting the rooms to be nicer for as expensive as they are.I didn't like that there was... more

I stayed hear for 4 days for a conference. I travel quite a bit and I have never seen the quality of attentitiveness as was shown to me by the staff at this hotel. Very nice southwestern resort and overall relaxing, pampering atmosphere. My main complaints for my trip was the weather, which unfortunately they can not control. It was... more

A great desert like / mountain view resort. Spend long weekend there in late March, weather was warm (70s) during the day and chilly at night for great outside fireside cocktails/snacks. Kids activities include a heated (very warm) pool with slide and horseback riding during day (2 hours). Kids camp is very much for younger children (under 7). Golf course... more

Totally loved my stay here. The drive up to the hotel is so typically western and spectacular. As I pulled into the main courtyard, a nice young man came bounding up to help us with our luggage. I walked into the lobby to find a stunning western style lobby with gorgeous views of the mountains out the back. The service... more
