I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the resort, the property and especially the staff were. Unique property surrounded by 79,000 acres of indian land. Thanks Ernesto for the fun, funny horseback ride. Golf course was challenging and very well maintained. The Hyatt staff even made a party out of the lunar eclipse watching. Enjoyed the tasty food and wine... More

I went to this resort for a girls weekend getaway. This was a perfect place to stay, located approximately 25 minutes from Albuquerque airport. The hotel offers the perfect blend of activities such as horseback riding, hay rides, bike rentals, and spa facilities. The grounds are beautiful for hiking, riding horses, and renting bicycles. Some of the trails on the... More

I don't write too many reviews... only for the truely horrid or truely amazing vacation experiences. This one was truely amazing. From the moment you enter the grounds of Tamaya there are welcoming staff and freindly people. The Valet employees make you feel incredibly welcome and are also a wealth of information if you need questions answered or directions. If... More

On my visit to HR Tamaya, I was incredibly surprised at it's ambiance, decor, and overall feel the minute step foot into the property. Out of the numerous things I appreciated during my stay, I will see the attention to detail (even the water), welcoming staff, and isolated resort location were some of the most memorable parts. It was an... More

I spent two nights at this delightful resort and the end of my bus tour of New Mexico. The food was excellent and was the accommodation. I treated myself to a wonderful massage and took the shuttle to the local casino. The pools (adult and children) were wonderfully relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A fitting end to... More

The resort is in excellent condition. Maintenance is obviously a priority. All of the employees were cordial and helpful. We were at a business meeting and had two banquets--both of which were excellent in quality and presentation. With a car, this is very convenient and makes the New Mexico attractions accessible. Concierge service was very helpful in recommending side trips... More

I stayed here for 5 days as part of a large group, and genuinely enjoyed every single day at the resort. What I loved most about the Hyatt Tamaya is the service - it is impeccable. The views from the bar were stunning especially at sunset. The Sandia Mountains glowing red in the sunset just cannot be described in words.... More

Had a nice stay. Room was nice. Regency club snacks and service were very nice. Rode bikes through forest to the rio grande river and out to stables which was interesting. bike rental is included in the resort fee. We stayed here a night as a stopover on our way to Monument Valley. Didn't utilize many of the services but the room was clean and lovely. The view over the valley and golf course was very nice. The lobby looked like a great place to hang out too. I'd return here and try the restaurants and golf course.
