Modern rooms with flat screen tv, skype phone, ipod station and internet access. Pretty village but you'll need sat nav to find it. We were warmly greeted by the owner/chef and it was like having our own private hotel [ there was only one other couple staying]. We ate in and had a lovely meal, but, if you have any dislikes please tell them as we didn't have a choice the night we stayed. They usually only open during the week during school holidays but we managed to get a mid week booking by mistake! The owner was very helpful and provide us with a map of a suggested walk which is well worth doing.
Only slight niggle is that I was charged the same price as a single as my friends [a couple]. I had a room off theirs with a shower room and they had full [beautiful] bathroom and ,ofcourse, I only ate one breakfast! Good base for walking or cycling holidays. more
