If you are looking for a quiet, quality location to stay close to Antwerp, then this is your place. I found the location to be very attractive, quiet, clean, helpful staff and did I mention that this is a former Castle? There is history to be reviewed here. Great restaurant is next door. Highly recommended to stay here.

My wife and myself had a motorcycle tour of Holland, Germany and Belgium this summer, and stayed here for two nights in the middle of August. It is a friendly and clean Hotel, and the breakfast was great. We upgraded to an executive room for just 19 Euros for the two nights and were very impressed. The marble-tiled bathroom with... More

Everything OK, no comment on the different services. A beautifull room view when we're waking up. The garden and the park given also great view. Breakfast was also OK with everything what we want. The quality of the bread may be better. There was no dark bread.

Stayed here previously, nice hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine is a great way to start the day. I recommend the restaurant next door for dinner. It has the feeling of a boutique hotel rather than a large slick chain.

Having made the decision to rent a vehicle at the Amsterdam airport as our transportation mode for visiting the Netherlands and Belgium, we were faced with a bit of a dilemma in our plans for seeing Antwerp and Brussels, as it seemed that the choices for hotels were either uninspiring low end hotels well outside the city centre that had... I stayed one night for a business trip. The room is very comfortable and cleaned. The employee was very kind and the location is fantastic. Breakfast was good, with the minimun of necessary. There is a beautiful park near to the hotel, ideal to do jogging!

My family enjoyed a great stay at Kasteel Solhof. The garden was very beautiful and the breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious enough and very comfortable. The ambience made us feel as if we were staying in a castle.

a very nice castel hotel, hidden in a nice park. A perfect place to get a breath of air perfectly located inbetween Brussels and Antwerp. Nice, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff, very good services and restaurant in the old part of the castle

Lovely hotel, with great rooms when I eventually found it due to roadworks. Did think breakfast was expensive and also disappointed to be charged for a colleagues room who had been taken ill and could not attend, although the room was cancelled at the earliest oportunity. It did also create confusion and mistakes with invoices.
