Welcoming, comfortable and beautiful building. We stayed overnight and had a lvely meal in the bar. Fantastic coal fire burning and a real buzz anout the place where the locals frequent. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Cosy traditional setting. Very informal, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. When the very appealing full Scottish breakfast was not acceptable to me due to the constraints of a health conduction, the owner/chef went to a local store to buy alternative ingredients to meet my specific needs! What else do I need to say!

While on a few days holiday in Dunkeld, my husband and I stopped at the Bankfoot Inn for a meal. We had a really nice, friendly welcome when we walked in. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the chat with the lady who was behind the bar and who served our food. Certainly worth a visit!

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night and would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a traditional inn with a fantastic little pub, good food and great chat. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked like it had a new bathroom recently installed. The room wasn't overly luxurious, but what the Bankfoot Inn perhaps lacks in... More

A large party of 7, we stopped for a bite to eat and enjoyed the hospitality as well as the food. Kasha (the resident cat) even put up with my boys' attentions. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was excellent. We were not able to stay the night as we had a schedule to keep, but we plan... More

We were looking forward to our stay here after looking around where my family originated from....room one was excellent with a sitting area which included a two seater leather couch, lovely en suite with fluffy white towels and a great power shower. Our apologies for the delay in your breakfast. Our alarm had not been set forward and so we were indeed an hour late. Our fault. Saturday had been a busy day, and some things do sell out. Our game casserole is popular, but it does sell out some times. The mushrooms were fresh (not tinned), supplied to us by a... More

Susan and Rab were great hosts. We arrived rather late on a quiet Monday night and Susan went out of her way to make some outstanding food for us. Great accommodation, lovely open fire and great ales! Would definitely go back there and thoroughly recommend it!

We loved our weekend stay at the Bankfoot Inn.While visiting family in the area. We would highly recommend anyone to stay. Extremely clean, amazing hospitality. Very comfy bed, powerful shower. There was a great atmosphere in the bar . And breakfast was made using good local produce, that kept us going all day. Looking forward to our next stay.

Myself and a college stayed in the Bankfoot Inn recently. The overall impression was of a very welcoming place, warm, tasteful décor and great hosts ( I include the two dogs and the cat who were also very friendly). Dinner was very good but the sticky toffee pudding - if Kylie Minogue was reincarnated as food, this is what she... More
