We stayed at the lodge for one night with our two children. The lodge is situated in a typical Karen village. You can get a real taste of village life. Our children enjoyed playing with all the animals: piglets, puppies, chicks. If you take the elephant ride, beware if you are with young children. The seats are open infront and... More

Two nights at the Karen Hill Tribe Lodge was certainly not enough. This comfotable lodge is located in a 'hidden valley' out of the way of the typical tourist trail, but offers a quality of accomodation and hospitality that made our stay most enjoyable. The rooms are small but spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The staff could not have been... More

As I am a professional photographer and tutor always try to find new places to do our workshop. I decided to choose a Karen Hill Tribe Lodge at Amphoe Galyani Vadhana with a group of 10 friends. The road there is dusty and bumpy. But when we arrive at the lodge, very exciting, jumping out the truck for photo shoot right... More
