We stayed for 3 nights and found both the chateau and the service to be excellent. Ann-Marie is the perfect host - she is very kind, helpful, and dedicated to making the experience as memorable and hassle-free as possible. The chateau itself is very charming and authentic - it looks very much as it probably did when it was built... More

Chateau Juvenal is a wonderful place to stay in the Vaucluse part of Provence. The house is gorgeous mansion with beautiful park-like grounds. Rooms are large and comfortable. Anne-Marie and Bernard treat you like you are old friends. The Chateau and grounds are located in vineyards and surrounded by nice villages, altogether a charming setting. The major sights in the... Imagine the life in a Castle in the middle of vineyards , olive and fig trees. Gracious and charming hosts treated us with warm Pain Chocolate and Fresh Strawberries Every. Morning and cold beer when we returned from our cycling adventures. The week was truly Perfection in Provence. We had a glorious week .. Merci. Anne-Marie + Bernard

We were a bit concerned that Chateau Juvenal wouldn't live up to our memory of the amazing visit we had two years ago, but we were once again blown away by it. Beautiful grounds, wonderful rooms, and a gorgeous historic mansion that has been perfectly updated to retain its historic feel while at the same time supply up to date... More

We just came back from our second stay there. Same thing happened like the last time: we came for 3 days and stayed 6 - it was just so great. If you are looking for an amazingly beautiful and authentic place - and one where times seems to stop - then this is it. We've stayed in two room in... More

Chateau Juvenal is an exemplar for what all high end gites should be. It is sympathetically run by Anne-Marie and Bernard who have turned a run down 19th century chateau to a haven of beauty and elegance. They are unfailingly kind and helpful and cope admirably with the influx of visitors from many different countries. It says something that American... More

We rented the smaller of the two gites for two weeks starting at the end of September. The bedrooms were large with excellent en suite facilities, including huge walk-in showers and the kitchen/ living area was comfortable and well-equipped and throughout the housekeeping standards were excellent. Air conditioning/heating is available according to season. There are all sorts of facilities, including... More

We stayed for 7 nights in August at this lovely chateau. We rented the Amandiers apartment (3 bedrooms). Anne-Marie and Bernard are wonderful hosts. The rooms in the apartment are large and nicely appointed. The walk in showers are great. The other guests were all friendly and interesting. They came from all over; Russia, Belgium, England, Germany, and Netherlands. Having... More
