This is a really friendly and defenetly eco-friendly place. Beautiful cottages in rajasthani Design, good food and peaceful. They offer a lot of Workshops: we die wood-carving and a camel-cart ride, saw lots of birds and learned about farming. The place ins also good for a stop-over on your way to Bikaner.

We stayed at Apani Dhani in April 2015 for 4 nights and really loved it. You can walk into Nawalgargh and explore the havelis, and return for wonderful food or craft activities. Ramesh, Gajendra and their family are extremely helpful and kind. We had communal meals with other guests which was very enjoyable and fun.It provides a good insight into... More

this eco lodge has been carefully designed and well cared for. The rooms were wonderful, romantic and private. There was information helping visitors to respect the environment. The dinning room was one big table so great for meeting and chatting with other guests and our host. Our host was a very well mannered respectful man willing to share his local knowledge.... More

Clean, eco friendly, quiet, comfortable, it worth every single rupie spent! You can`t go wrong by staying at Apani Dhani. We stayed for about 5 nights and would have stayed few days more. We did enjoy the activities such as the tie and dye, making of bangles, wood carving and the cooking class. And the cooking book is amazingly precise!!... More

We stayed at Apani Dhani for two nights. This location was quite unlike all other accommodations we stayed in during our trip, a refuge from the pollution of Indian cities with a very nice, tranquil outdoor seating area. It made a pleasant change. Don’t expect any luxury here – it is an eco experience. We chose a bungalow, which was... More

This is an oasis in a busy country . Everything about it was excellent ( apart from their wifi which kept dropping). The concept behind the eco- Lodge is good and followed though in their architecture, food, and ambience. Our 'hut' was ideal with everything we needed although if you need TV this is not the place to come. Very... More

Very special place, a good and comfortable accommodation to relax and to enjoy an other India-experience: that of a environmental friendly, quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our room was very clean and cosy. The food was good: fresh, tastefull and enough. It's lovely to walk around in the little town. We did an excursion to some monuments... More

We went to Apani Dhani in sept 2013, but I am really impressed with the way owner Ramesh Jangid has built this place, so I would still like to write a review! The rooms were in mud bungalows with thatched roofs in a nice garden where you can sit and relax. Everything he does is with care of the environment,... More

Created by Ramesh Jangid and still run by Ramesh and his family, this is a peaceful, environmentally-sensitive place to chill out. The traditional-style rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. The bedding (on the very good beds) was more than enough to keep us warm on cold February nights. The bathrooms are very small, but quite sufficient – and the hot... More
