Beautiful garden - fantastic ecological food! Wine from their own grapes! The hospitality is praiseworthy - this generous couple will make you feel at home as the same time you will feel well taken care of. There is a nice pool and places for relaxation. Very close to vineyards and the most famous estates. You will really love your stay... More

We want to live here! The "mansion" is beautiful and our room was soooo comfortable. We booked dinner with the owners the first night and after having a to-die-for meal we asked them if we could dine in a second night. We slept so well and loved the proximity to the vineyards of Medoc. If you're looking to stay in... More

We stayed one night at Le Moulin on a little tour back to England at the end of August. We arrived around 6pm, not having pre-arranged to have dinner there. In a previous email, we had informed our hosts that we didn't need dinner, but Michele tried to contact us to double-check, unfortunately on our landline in the UK, so... More

After our trip in 2011 to the Bordeaux and the Dordogne Region I had lost our little pouch with all the invoices and names of the hotels we stayed at. Today we found it and hence the delay in writing this review. We had booked a night at Le Moulin and we had treated ourselves and had included dinner. After... More

This is an adorable place set in a beautiful building. The garden is so beautiful and contains small cozy sitting areas. The palce also has a lovely swimminpool. This place is a true gem. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home in her house.

We originally booked one night at Le Moulin specifically because we'd booked tickets to see "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at nearby Chateau Rousseau de Sipian and needed to stay nearby. When we learned that the host was an ex restaurateur and that we would have the opportunity to share a meal with both he (Jean-Claude) and his wife, Michele, we... More

After a long day's cycling, arrived at this divine small hotel to the most warm and charming welcome. Had a swim in the pool, a lie down on the big bed in the very elegant antique filled bedroom, then was served dinner, most of it grown in the large garden outside, by our host and hostess. The hotel is in... More

The B&B is wonderful! We spent 5 nights here and it was exactly what we expected. The owners are friendly and although their english is limited they really made an effort for us. The whole property has genuine charm - the rooms are very spacious and the one we had overlooked the terrace, they are really clean, the breakfast is... More

The Le Moulin B&B is a bit out of the way for the average tourist. It is situated about from 70klms north east of Bordeaux in the middle of famous Medoc wine growing area. The B&B is well worth the drive (our GPS made it easier to find this accommodation) and is situated in the middle of a working vineyard.... More
