Stayed for a Saturday night in May. Greeted by friendly, courteous staff. We 'checked into' the tent before setting off to one of the nearby gorge lookouts before the sun set. The tents are nothing flash but are suited to this type of environment. This one was clean, spacious and had a rustic charm about it. Sitting on the 'verandah'... More

Just stayed at Karijini Eco Park.(april 2012). We camped in our own van.. Wet area facilities are VERY IMPORTANT to me and these were great. Flushing toilets, hot showers, kept clean. The staff were great at the office. The restaurant food exceptional. There is a lot of red dust...but you ARE in the northwest. The gorge walks will blow your... More

We have just left Karijini in April 2012 and I rate the experience as one of our best. April is just before their peak time so the caravan park was not packed so there were very few queues for toilets and showers. We have our own van and relied on solar power to keep our Engel gosurvived old cold. We... More

we were there in September 2010 and it was very disappointing - to put it mildly. It was hot and there was not even a fan; used the hairdryer and all electrics failed. The food was awful, perhaps not surprising as the whole place seemed to be run by a group of students who were not organised. At night, after... More

Karijini National Park is one of the most spectacular I have been to. We had intended to base ourselves in our new tent at $7 per night - but the morning heat, the constant swarms of flies and the evening storms put an end to that - so, after two nights in our own tent, we found ourselves in an... Okay so i'm torn with this one ... I stayed here for 1 night only on Dec 26th. I was with two of my mates - the boys had a twin tent and I a double deluxe to myself. The national park is awesome - such a gorgeous part of the world, the tents are a great idea but here's... More

We stayed at the eco retreat in a tent at the end of august. We stayed for just one night as we had been camping rough and felt we needed a bit of luxury and comfort, but found it all a big rip off. Our tent was ok but just a tent, the bottom zip was broken so mosquitoes found... More

Kirijini is worth the effort. Its a long drive to get there. We camped at the campsite and found it comfortable, clean, beautifully maintained and enough space between campsites. It was very simple but that is what you are there for. Having showers was an unexpected luxury. It would have been good if we were warned beforehand that we have... More

We stayed in the Eco tents, which have large king size beds and attached bathrooms. While its was not cheap, they were the best tents I have ever stayed in. More like a permanent structure, with strong thick canvas attached. They were very good at keeping out the bugs. Its not a luxurious holiday destination, but it was a fantastic... More
