I was there with some western friends recently, we were planning to take rest while enjoying weather in Batu. Unfortunately it was turn out to a disaster. The bath room was terribly mouldy, even after the houskeeping did the re-cleaning, mould could not be removed. The service in the restaurant by breakfast was unacceptable. -The dim sum were still raw,... More

This time, I would like to share my experience in staying at Jambuluwuk Resort Batu during school holiday last year (last summer). We stayed 3 days 2 nights in this property and the only thing I could remember until now was the view we have enjoyed from this hotel during our stay. Both of me and my wife were driving... More

I stayed with my family and other 55 people. Hotel service apart from the restaurant is good. Staff are attentive and caring. During a la carte lunch, the wait for your food to be ready around an hour. The reason was too many groups of people. From my experience, they need to improve the service for the a la carte.... More

I stayed in a three bedroom villa with my big family last December, called villa Surabaya. Fortunately we only stayed for one night. This is my first time I rate a hotel terrible. Upon check in, none guided and showed us the villa and from nearest parking space to the villa, it still needs 5 minutes walk through slippery walkway... More

We stayed here at Villa Makasar for new year's eve holiday. The ten of us fit just nice for three bedrooms villa. The hotel doesn't have restriction to bring your own mattresses and the rooms are really spacious. A traditional Indonesian ambience decor inside, I like it, it feels like you're in 'kampong'(traditional indonesian village). The hotel is considered clean... More

The scenery is lovely, facing the city's lights at night. I was staying at their 3 bedrooms villa for 2 nights. For me, rooms and facilities are ok, nothing bugged me, everything is in order, But cleanliness need to be improved, and staffs performance also need an improvement. i would recommend for a family who want to take a short... The villas perched on the hills with beautiful views to city & mountains. The exteriors of the villa and the garden are nicely done. But inside/interior, is a different story. The kitchen and the bathroom are not clean & up to standards, the workmanship are bad. Bring your own kitchen utensils. The refrigerator is not cold at all and the... More

The resorts lie in a beautiful hill site with a stunning city view. Surrounding by mountain hills, it is a perfect quiet valley. I was very exciting whe I saw the place from a distant. But, when I was entering the gate .... the dissappointments started. This is the list of the dissappointments that I got from day 1 to... More

We were arrived in the resort at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, but the villa wasn't ready yet. We were asked to wait about 15-20 minutes, no welcome drink to compensate. Maybe bcoz it peak season, but I think that wasn't an excuse. How if we arrived in 2 o'clock as the check-in time in booking confirmation? Of course we... More
