We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast at the excellent Couette et Cafe Creme. The rooms are fitted out in a splendidly idiosyncratic style by Madame Bezine. The breakfasts are superb and Madame goes to a lot of trouble to make sure your stay in Chartres is enjoyable. Le Coudray is a neat modern suburb. It's only five minutes... More
