i loved, loved, loved the stunning setting of this property on one of the very few white sandy beaches stretching for around 10km's at least...the early morning and evening walks was magical...i had amaaaazing spa massage treatments with Lindsay downstairs at Spa Marine in the same building. “Poor maintenance ..and it stinks”

as with any place where the body corporate is trying to maximixe profits and 'pass the buck' for maintenance issues, this is a prime example. The central non-airconditioning system blows air INTO the apartments on levels 3 and 4, instead of extractign air, and this causes the smells of the empty flats' sewage systems to come into other apartment.
