Hotel was nice, stayed in the royal blue room was nice, food was good, staff nice and friendly only thing we can fault is the young barmaid took our food order at the table and then asked us to move when a local came in as it was his seat which we found awfully rude considering we were the only... Booked into this hotel prior to getting the early morning ferry to Ireland. When we arrived (2 adults and 2 children), the hotel was very quiet. Warm welcome and shown to the room. Room was clean, enough beds, towels etc. Went downstairs to see if we could get something to eat, nothing on the menu that appealed to the children,... More

Our first stay on the Mull of Galloway which is a beautiful area - Logan Botanical Gardens and Port Patrick are a must to visit. Torrs Warren Hotel is ideally situated for visiting the Mull and surrounding areas. The staff are very friendly and looked after us well. Jim the owner is pleasantly eccentric and appears to model himself on... More

When I'm on holiday I always ask a local to recommend a good restaurant to eat out in and unfortunately I would not recommend Torrs Warren. This had been our 'Second' chance at giving this place the opportunity to improve on our last experience and as such, I very much doubt we'll be back. As we live in the village... More

If you book this hotel don't use booking.com their supposed 'best deal' was 5 pounds dearer than the list of prices displayed at the reception of the hotel, it was a wee bit disappointing the hotel still charged the extra. Very good welcome and very friendly staff. The food was ok and the bar was quiet except for some foul... More

Wonderful 'quaint' hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff. Lovely spacious room (Pink Room) and large breakfasts. Lovely quiet location. Off road parking close to kids playground. Shower head had a small leak, but nothing to cause an issue.

Me, my nan and my aunt came here at about half 11 at night after realising we weren't going to get to the ferry. We were given a very helpful warm welcome from the owner. The room was quite dated but was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice enough and I would recommend it for a simple overnight stay.

Spent two nights to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is 'oldie worldly' with excellent grounds. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. With an extensive dinner menu available, the food proved to be excellent and reasonably priced. The room was large, comfortable and well presented and the breakfasts were delicious.Hoping to return in the future.

we arrived nice and early as we got an earlier boat and it was lovely, the rooms were immaculate, parking was easy and the wifi wasn't as slow as some places. The food was delicious, definitely book in for Bed and Breakfast the portions are generous and set you up for the day, no down sides or faults that we... More

After a 7hour drive. We arrived late 10pm and had a warm welcome. The food was gr8 and would recomend this place a thousand times! It has a cottage feel to it and is very cosy. Hospitality is warming and friendly.
