We needed somewhere to stay that was clean, close to the shops and affordable. We got all this and more at the Mantra Parramatta! Whilst the rooms were only small, they had all we needed, comfortable clean bed, clean bathroom, fridge, internet access (not free) and a few pay TV chanels.
