There's nothing wrong with this hotel but Wotif describes it as 4.5 star and that's way off the mark. I have a rule - if there's a shower curtain, it ain't 4.5 stars. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean. If you want a shower and a comfy bed this place delivers. But the decor is dated, the bathtub... more

this was our 2nd time we have stayed at the Couryard by Marriott. On both occassions we found our stay a very pleasant experience. The Rooms are spacious as is the bathroom and the beds are always comfy. Our only gripe is that the mini fridges are far too small, we travel frequently for sporting events and need tobe able... more

I have travelled quite a bit so it is nice to stay in hotels close to home. My friends and I stayed after a hens night, the reception staff were great and catered for all our requests. We had a room that fit 4 of us with a joining room for the others, was nice to have us all together.... more

Before I go into the 'cons' of staying here, the 'pros' are: *No problems with staff *Within walking distance of major shopping centre *staff provided 2 portacots free of charge *Was located within easy walking distance from Parramatta train station (and there are direct trains to the city) We stayed in a room with 2 beds. Granted, it's not the... more

Great place to stay for an affordable price and central to CBD. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the Marriott and superb night out with the family. Thank you. more

The hotel was centrally located to the Parramatta CBD and enabled me to walk to my appointments. I arrived late in the day and was greeted by a professional check-in team and enjoyed a tasty meal in the hotel's restaurant. My room was well appointed and I had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable king size bed. more

My husband and I decided to spoil ourselves with a night in a luxury hotel in a spa suite, but after a delightful check-in we entered our room and noticed the older style decor and also noticed a musty smell. We continued through to the bedroom which was o.k, bed linen in need of a major update and also smelled... more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Courtyard Parramatta The first time was through luck when my regular hotel in Parramatta was full, this time it was by choice. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet. But what really wins me over is how attentive and sincere the staff are to their guests needs. The courtyard is... more
