The owners Nara Irene and Enrico make you feel like home every time they see you around. The farm houses are just that: farm houses, nothing fancy but clean, nice and private. The location...amazing. This is the third time for us and every time we have some rest in the middle of nature apart from civilization, but at the same... More

My wife and I did research for months on where to stay in Tuscany on our honeymoon trip through Europe. I came across I Nidi Di Belforte and was instantly convinced that this is where were suppose to stay. Enrico, Nara and Irene are the nicest people I have ever met. They communicated with us the whole way through the... More

we stayed 8 nights six of us in a big apartment. We enjoyed the whole stay. The owners are there for you 0-24...The house built in 1836 and it has a romantic apmosphere. If you go there rent a car or drive one otherwise you stuck up in the mountain. The closest place (restaurant) is 9km away. You can easily see a wild... More

We stayed for five nights at I Nidi di Belforte in spring 2013. It was our first trip to Italy and this place was one of the reasons that we made the decision to return in 2014. We enjoyed being out in the country but with a rental car we were close enough to the train station in Dicomano to... More

We are a family of 5 persons with 3 teenagers. We went to I Nidi di Belforte in July 2013. We love Italy and we have been to a lot of nice places. But this place is special because it is just so lovely in every way. It has a wonderful view and the whole place is beautifully maintained with... More

Just fantastic!! We went there in september for a short break with our 5yr old son just before the end of the summer holidays. Its an amazing place, away from everything and everyone, up in the hills. The road is not to bad and we found our way quite easily following the directions given, you do need a car however.... More

Was staying at I Nidi di Belforte! When we returned home from our 10 days in Italy (first time for both of us) we have been continually asked what our favorite part was. "Where we stayed!" It was home away from home. Perfect in every way. Highly recommend it to those who want to have a quiet place to be... More

Great location in the mountains near Florence. The road isn't great in places but it is safe to drive. I took a Fiat 500 up and down the road several times. To save time and headaches, take the train from Dicomano to the Florence. Dicomano is 15-20 minutes from Nidi. It's e14 round trip and just 50 minutes to the... More

Have just been looking at the I Nidi website again. I must admit we do it frequently as often we wish ourselves back to this stunning place. This time we are looking with a view to book up for next year. Yes, there is a huge world out there and so little time to see it. Really you shouldn't keep... More

Hidden right up the mountains in Tuscany, this place is a real treat for anyone willing to put in a bit of effort to get to. The views are simply amazing. On top of that, the apartments are comfortable and clean with a real rustic feel containing all the facilities you could possibly require, including a gorgeous swimming pool and... More
