Very bad experience.90% French hotel.We arrived around 23.oo pm .No idea why Front Desk Manager couldn't find our Reservation.After 1 hour waiting in the Hall we paid for drink in Bar(however we booked all inclusive rate).Hotel dirty,staff not friendly and French Entertainment every day.Beach close to the hotel dirty and small. We transferred to the Hi Panoramic, from the main port of Alcudia and what a pleasant surpirise. Fantastic service, very friendly staff, great food and speaking a little French helped.
