We were lured in here, because the waitress was so sweet with her English with huge Spanish accent. She was so adorable, I wanted to take her home. We ate typical Mallorcan tapas such as grilled peppers, mushrooms, clams and calamares. Calamares are tricky, since they usually taste like rubber and are impossible to swallow. These were delicious! The mushrooms... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for 7 nights in this little guesthouse, we both fell in love with the old town, our room had an amazing view from our window which looked out over the main square towards the town hall. Room 3 was our home fir the week and we had a very large and very comfortable four... More

I want to say it was the best accommodation during our road trip over Mallorca Island. Accommodation is placed directly in the center. Very nice room with high quality bed (double bed- king size). There is working air condition inside. On the very top of the building is very very nice terrace with amazing view on the center. Downstairs there... More

Only popped in for a drink but impressed by the location on the [pedestrian] main street at the heart of the old Roman [heavily restored] walled town of Alcudia. Truly a lovely spot to just sit and 'people watch.' Turns out the drinks were the cheapest in town!

Beautiful location in the middle of the old town, something that can't be beaten for the fantastic price. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. The shared balcony had great views. Highly recommend for couples. If you are looking for a hotel that has all the trimmings (swimming pool, gym, etc) this probably isn't for you,... More

We arrived late in the evening in august after our flight and car journey from Palma airport. Carlo's the manager gave us the room key(at the bar of restaurant, as there is no reception as such) and said that we could check-in tomorrow being that it was close to midnight and we'd had a late flight... We were great-full &... More

We arrived there 1 hour ahead of the check in time, but we found no reception desk. We had to ask informations to the bar tenders of the place. The manager arrived and told us to come back in an hour. We did so and, when we arrived, he was not in. We had to wait 45 min until one... More

We were enchanted the moment we passed through the gate entering the walled city of Alcudia and saw our guest house located at the center of the main square. Carlos, the manager, took great care of us, providing maps, regional information and even a lift to the train station. We traveled in November, no crowds, but a number of restaurants... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Not many people are unfamiliar with La Fonda Llabrés, a guest house wich is located on the Plaza de la Constitución ( Constitución Square ), just right in the town centre. Bought in 1950 by the family Llabrés, La Fonda became the first guest house in town.Ever since then, new hotels have been built and as a result the number of tourists has increased rapidly. At the same time La Fonda has adapted itself to current times. Currently, La Fonda is one of the two guest houses located in Alcudia´s historical town centre and the only one opening all year round. ... more   less
