As soon as we arrived we knew it was a mistake to have booked at this hotel. All the brochures fail to highlight that there are 3 hotels all sharing the same facilities and that you will be sharing the pools with THOUSANDS of people. we stayed at the hotel jupiter in sept . its not the best hotel but good value for money. the hotel shop is expensive got to the shop across the road where its alot cheaper. do not go to the waterpark near the hotel it cost us 100 euros for 2 adults and 2 children and it has 6 slides... more

September 13th 2009, Just got back from a week at the Mac Jupiter, 3 adults and one 6 yr old. Had a really lovely time, arrived 0230 and had to fill in police forms but soon delt with. Just got back from Club Mac, booked through First Choice, but really didn't need their reps, Club Mac has it's own reps and kids clubs and they come round, and ask if the kids want to join in with activities.
