Hardy got a wink of sleep due to oppressive heat in hotel - Would benefit from air conditioning. On a positive note our bedroom was clean and very nicely furnished - Not impressed that they only left one bath towel and one hand towel for TWO guests though ! Definitely not a bad hotel but room for improvement more

We were supposed to be staying at Thistle hotel closer to the airport and in googling Thistle Dyce this place still appears as Thistle when it has not been Thislte for some 2 years or more. We waited for 50 minutes for the courtesy car to collect us (after being told it would be 25 mins) and gave up, catching... more

Please be assured that refresher training has been held with the team and that BT have been in to investigate the internet issue. Should you...

hotel was really nice, much better than we had anticipated after reading some, albeit quite old, reviews. reception area and bar are lovely, obviously just been redone and its to a high standard. we only stayed 1 night before flying out and the courtesy bus to the airport is great but is clearly in high demand - my advice is... more

If you’re needing to get your head down before or after a flight at Aberdeen Airport look no further than this Hotel. Do not be alarmed by the hotel architecture which makes it look like a cheap holiday camp. We were in a refurbished room which was large, modern and clean (exactly as shown on the hotel website picture). However... more

A "Transit Camp" for oil workers it may be, but it's refurbished rooms are finished to a high standard and the public areas are equally pleasant. The railway station in Dyce is only a few minutes away so if you're in Aberdeen and can get a good price from them, I would consider this place. Their restaurant is stylishly laid... more

I have to say in reading the reviews on this hotel last minute i was a tad worried as i am a young lady traveling to this hotel on my own for a work related course but not everything is to be believed. When I got to the Hotel it was about 9pm and very dark outside so i couldnt... more

I have stayed here several times, put up by various oil companies. Sometimes for 1 night other times for a week. Not my favourite hotel, but it does the job. Though I usually have the same battle at reception, no you do not have a booking. I give them the email or fax confirmation, they go away and come back... more

What a Surprise, having read the other reviews on this hotel I was not really looking forward to this trip away But what a turn up for the books. Was Booked into what I can only describe as a large, modern bedroom. The hotel receptionist (Debbie) who Booked me in was so friendly, nothing was to much trouble for her,... more

Had to stay at this "hotel" last week for a conference in the city and there was no where else available. The place is a building site, the receptionist told me that they were going through a £3.5 million refurb - if they tripled that amount they might - just might - get close to what they need to spend... more

I occasionally get put up here by an oil service company but I would certainly not choose to stay here. As previously reported it is very much a transit camp for oil workers and the hotel does not have to make much effort to attract paying guests. The hotel has a policy of selling parking space to oil workers during... more

Firstly, I am sorry for the delay in posting a responce - please accept my sincere apologies for your last stay and the issues that you encounted are not acceptable. I can assure you that your points have been acted upon. I am also pleased to advise the hotel is about to commence a 4 million pound refurbishment program which...
