First time here. A one night stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Got a great deal on half board with a very generous allowance towards the al la carte menu. All the staff without exception were friendly, professional and very helpful. Excellent value and a great customer experience. Would certainly return.

We have just returned from the Cheltenham Chase Hotel (Spa) and had a really nice weekend. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Good selection of Spa Treatments available. Food is excellent. Well worth a visit and close to Cheltenham Town as well, if you fancy a visit.

Firstly if you have any dietary requirement make doubly sure they can cater for you. The hotel was clean but cold (no heat at all in the bathroom) had to sleep in clothes; the key did not work on x4 occasions in 2 days; the food was extremely overpriced priced and unseasoned.
