This place is a gem. So nice to eat dinner, sleep, eat breakfast in one location. Marvelous dinner. When the walker who had come down with a cough ordered hot water with honey, the sweet server brought a large glass of hot water, honey and a slice of lemon studded with cloves. Miracle cure?

Several stays at this place. It gets better and better. We stayed in the Bindaree room independent from the pub (converted coal shed). A great job done! We had our dog with us which was ideal. Have recently re-visited The Hollow Bottom and enjoyed another fabulous meal. Staff are always friendly and efficient and the food is amazing. I'll be back again soon.

The Hollow Bottom is less like a Public House B&B, more like a homely hotel! We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night.
