We stayed in a two bedroom cabin while completing some work locally. The cabin is fairly standard in setup for what is available in most caravan parks, however the kitchen is well equipped and the beds came with linen. The caravan park includes a good pool and is in a quiet location.

On arrival welcomed by receptionist. Very helpful during our stay. We were in a motor home. The sites we had were very large. The park was very clean. The rates were less than anything else around which may be because it was a smaller park and not on the beach, but this was made up by the many extras such... More

We booked through wotif at the last moment to spend a few days before heading back to Sydney to end our holiday . The photos looked great on the net so thought why not. On arrival we were unsure to stay but we could not be bothered to cancel at this late stage, The lady at reception was not very... More

Rooms present well. Although we paid for a family suite for 4. Only main bedroom was made. Aircon in the lounge had a bad smell when the heater was used. Receptionist was abrupted upon first meeting. We booked 2 cabins. Due to hubbies work & 2 apprentices that came with us. More privacy is needed! I had to explain that... More

Stayed for the weekend. The location is fantastic because you are out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to all of the main attractions within 10 minutes. The Park has fantastic facilities including camp kitchen, bouncing castles, resort pool, mini golf and play grounds. The kids were very happy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely... We arrived here after a long drive not long before check in time. We kindly asked if our room was available and was abruptly informed by the manager to "go away and come back after 2". When we came back the rude woman at the desk told us there was only a queen bed in the room. I explained that... More

This is a fairly small campground when compared to some of the larger ones in the area. However, that suited our plans as we wanted somewhere fairly quiet and peaceful. This park does not have the big numbers but still manages to provide all the amenities. The Port Stephens area has a dozen or more caravan parks/campgrounds and they are... More

Stayed in cabin: all tap water was very brown and extremely heavily chlorinated; crockery and cutlery were filthy; closer to Taylors Beach than Anna Bay- pretty much in the middle of nowhere and had to drive to places; limited stock in Park shop

Thankyou for your feedback. We have recently connected to the town water supply and no longer need to treat the artesian water sourced in the park. The water quality is now excellent. I am very sorry you had a bad experience at Bays. The current managers Val and Andrew have focussed on lifting the standard of the park since their... More
