We stayed only one night, but felt really comfortable. We needed to leave early to go to Oxford at 10:00. So we couldn't have enough time for breakfast. We just bit, but all of them were great, especially croissant! If we have another chance, we'll stay at least three nights and take our time for breakfast.

The grounds are stunning. Lush and well kept. Delightful for a stroll. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Guest living area is great for relaxing: TV, honor bar, candy bowl (!), tea and soft drinks. Breakfast, made to order, is more than adequate. One English breakfast was really almost large enough for two of us. Plenty of fresh coffee... More

Nick was very kind and everything was well organized. The breakfast was more thatn full English breakfast and Teresa works really hard to prepare it for all. The house and the garden were really nice. The village to be visited around fantastics: Broadway, Chipping Campden (Cotswold). The opportunity to meet people from different countries.

We stayed at Windy Ridge recently to celebrate our 6th year wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to celebrate our special day. Nick is the best host, made us feel at home and our four year old was so taken with him too! Will definitely recommend and would love to return - Kumi,Arun,Kal&Nila

We spent a very lovely two days at Windy Ridge, a truly stunning house set it wonderful gardens. We were welcomed warmly and loved the beautiful surroundings, the comfy rooms and the outstanding breakfast (particularly the fresh raspberries and other delights). A great place for families to explore the Cotswolds. Can only recommend.

Windy Ridge was a completely fabulous place to stay. The home and grounds were gorgeous and a joy to explore. The owner, Nick, was so very kind and made us feel completely welcome and at home. The food was superb. The surrounding towns and villages made us feel as if we had stepped back in time. What a joy to... More

Contrary to other people's experiences, our stay was terrible. The host was initially pleasant, however that deteriorated rapidly when I pointed out that our room had not been cleaned satisfactorily. There was dirt (and dust) on the table surfaces and in the centre of the mirror, the milk containers had tea stains on them and two light bulbs did not... More

I knew that I would have to tread extremely carefully with this particular lady as before she had even arrived with us I had been told about her character from the owner of another local B&B where she and her family had stayed for the previous three nights to us and that she had apparently walked out of a local... We stayed at Windy Ridge House for a week in July and loved every moment. The gardens are amazing, as are the breakfasts (made to order). The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and the house itself is beautiful. Nick is an excellent host, who made us very welcome and the staff at Windy Ridge House was very friendly and... More

Windy Ridge is like being at home, when home is a beautiful manor house set in lovely gardens with large arboretum nearby in the best landscape in England: the Cotswolds. Nick Williams makes it all work; great breakfasts. The rooms are comfortable and attractive with fine views.

Beautiful manor house with expansive gardens and a huge arboretum. The rooms are lovely, Nick is a perfect host who obviously enjoys helping people. The home is decorated with a most interesting variety of antiques and feels like a real home, as it is. The breakfast is wonderful, from fresh fruit to perfect English breakfast. A definite stay for a... More
