Booked here for breakfast for the first three mornings before going to cheltenham races! What a brilliant breakfast, efficient service and polite staff! See you next year!

I was expecting good things of this venue having read good reviews but I found the place quite dissapointing. The quality of the rooms is very poor, they are clean but the furnishings are low quality and in our room, 'The Jensen' the wardrobe was falling to bits. Staff were a bit too familiar at breakfast.

4* hotel and the menu looked great, what appeared on the table was well below standard, awful! Maybe they had the reserve reserve chef in on Fathers day!
